Responsibilities will include:
A. Assist association in generating regional and local press for the campaign.
B. Work on building value and participation with subscribing agents.
C. Prepare and coordinate creating 3in4 information for the agency website.
D. Assist in developing a social networking campaign with a 3in4 focus using Facebook, Twitter, etc.
E. Coordinate local and regional 3in4 events
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least two years of education at a four-year college, pursuing a business, marketing, communication or related major.
- Outstanding writing and interpersonal verbal and written communication skills, with experience in social media.
- Must be able to effectively dialogue to communicate key messages.
- Strong GPA
- Basic desktop publishing and website management skills (e.g. Microsoft
- Publisher, Adobe PageMaker / Photoshop, etc.)
- Positive attitude, flexibility and problem solving mentality
- Interest in working in the insurance industry
- Able to work under deadline and open to constructive criticism
- Passion for planning and executing effective marketing/PR strategies that will drive consumer awareness and agent participation
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks within identified timeframes
SALARY LEVEL – Paid – 10 hours per week. Flexible work hours.
ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW: “3in4 Need More” is a non-profit association that is dedicated to promoting the importance of planning for long-term care needs. The marketing campaign is targeting consumers to educate them and increase their awareness of these needs. The 3in4 Association is run by an advisory board and consists of the nation's most knowledgeable and committed professionals in the Long Term Care industry.
